Crisis Lines:

24-hour free text line service with a trained counselor 

 

 

  • Catholic Community Services: 1-800- 566-9053 or (253) 759-9544  

Offers intensive support for crisis intervention. 

 

Local Counseling:  

  • MultiCare Behavioral Health: 1-888-445-8120 

All sessions are currently offered over the phone.  State insurance does not need a referral. Private insurance holders first need a referral from a MultiCare physician. 

 

  • Comprehensive Life Resources: (253) 396-5800 

Options for sessions to be via Zoom or phone.  There are no insurance restrictions/requirements for counseling services- all can call for an initial intake to request services. If the parents will want medication prescribed they do need Medicaid.  

 

  • Greater Lakes Mental Health: (253) 581-7020  

Sessions are over the phone.  Clients must be on Medicaid. 

 

  • SeaMar Puyallup: (253) 864-4770 

Must have Medicaid Insurance. Sessions are currently held via Zoom or over the phone.

Grief Resources

Focuses on helping children and their families work through grief. Virtual groups are currently being offered.
